Now for the negatives. In my opinion, this is a better book than the Pavel book, although that one is good for different reasons. The structure of the book is quite good and suggestions for programmes are very useful. There are also chapters on how to create a training plan, set goals, and some dotter nutrition.
Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. The secondary benefit would be for general physical preparedness and conditioning, basically to provide cardio for weightlifters.
