The Charterers are to procure that all repairs to or replacement of any damaged, worn or lost parts or equipment be effected in such manner both as regards workmanship and quality of materials as not to diminish the value of the Vessel. The length of this extra period must be stated in box 18 on the face of the form, along with the deadline by which the charterers must give barecom to the owners if they wish to extend.
